What size Diesel shoes do/should I wear?

Q: I want to purchase a pair of Diesel shoes and I am only able to get them online so I need some advice on sizing.
Is there a specific difference? Say for example, 0.5 size smaller or bigger than the general Nike or ADIDAS shoe?

I wear a size:
- 9 / 9.5 with ASICS runners
- 9.5 with Nike shoes
- 9.5 with ADIDAS shoes
- 9 with Kenneth Cole dress shoes

What kinds of jeans would look nice with these diesel shoes?
