Lacoste size 46? Is it like XXL?

Q: For the Lacoste polo shirts, is the EUR 46 an XXL in American sizes? Will it fit someone who normally wears XXL clothing and fit like an XXL or just an XL? Because I know Lacoste runs small (I'm normally a small or medium but for Lacoste clothes I need a large). Thanks!

A: A 46 in women's is the largest they go, which is an XXL. I'd recommend more of a 42 for somebody like you....but for somebody who typically wears XXL, 46 will be fine.

Q: I want to get my BF a Lacoste Polo Shirt but I don't know how small they run.

He wears an XL in non European shirts. Does that mean he will need an XXL in a Lacoste polo.

A: well first off they dont go by S,M,L,XL,etc. they go by numbers so you would have to find out what would match an XL or XXL, and you can also look on their website for a size chart. hope i helped!
