We are coordinating efforts to assist students displaced by the five-alarm fire that destroyed an apartment building at Telegraph Avenue and Haste Street over the weekend, and left an adjacent apartment building uninhabitable. The adjacent 10-unit apartment building at 2435 Haste is currently also off-limits to tenants as officials assess the structural integrity and collapse-potential of the neighboring fire-ravaged building. In the wake of the fire, the Berkeley Fire Department red-tagged the building as structurally unsafe and cordoned off the surrounding area. Although there were no reports of injuries, the 39-unit building at 2441 Haste, which housed up to 70 Berkeley students, sustained significant damage during Friday’s blaze.

Does anyone have a pair of levis 510? Whats your opinion on them?

Q: Hi i solely ordered a pair of levis 510 on the internet and i was wondering whats your opinion on them? I like jeans that are gangly around the legs but are also comfortable so how are these around the legs? Are they comfortable?

Also i was thinking of buying some ksubi skinny jeans aswell so if anyone has a join in wedlock of those how do they compare to the levis 510.

A: I got a elderly pair of 510's color is called Sidewalk. I wear a 32 waist and the waist area is perfect. The jeans fit tight all around but not crazy weird tight. Im a skinny dude at 6'1 160 pounds and they authorize my legs look real skinny. The levis 511's look better on me because they aren't quite as texture fitting.

do levis 510 jeans shrink in the wash?

Q: I am looking to buy a unite of levis 510 skinny jeans and I was wondering if I should buy them a little big in case they shrink in the wash. It says they are 99% cotton/1% spandex so I am assuming they will. If you have bought some in the on please tell me about your experiences with washing them.

A: I have some 510s, and they seem to fit me devoted to size, meaning i got them in my normal waist size and they fit skinny like they're sposed to. They really haven't changed much in bulk since i got them, but i haven't worn them as much as my other girl's jeans, and i always wash them in cold water anyway.

They're cotton with some lycra so they'll flinch a bit and stretch a bit, and hopefully stay about the same. They shouldn't shrink-to-fit like old 501s, and people claim that the lycra causes them to tract out more than they shrink, but IDK....
Whatever u do, DO NOT BUY the 100% cotton ones, cuz they WILL shrink, and when they're cut that slim in the first place, and they shrink, they'll never fit....
If you buy them bigger than ur unoriginal Levi's, they may stay bigger. They'll be slimmer than any others u have, so u might be able to live with that, but IDK.
I buy some girl's jeans a size bigger than girls would fatigue so they look like regular jeans on me, but fit sooo much better than any regular guy's jeans I own.
But most of my jeans are mademoiselle's bootcut or skinny jeans and they almost all fit snug because of their cut and the lycra, and none of them have ever shrunk so i couldn't wear them....
