At the very top of Chestnut Hill within the plaza, Thai Kuu brings their own signature to the familiar tastes of Thai that enthusiasts can enjoy. My curiosity was piqued by one dish named Thai Crispy Golden Bag. Even though the bags were fried, this was neither a greasy nor heavy start to my meal. Dimly lit and soft music playing throughout, Thai Kuu is appealing for a night out with friends to catch up or a romantic dinner. A traditional Thai dumpling stuffed with tender minced duck and finely diced celery and onions. Although specializing in the cuisine from Thailand, guests can find dishes from other Asian cultures as well. The three bundles were served with a delicately sweet chili lime sauce and a mixed green salad with a tangy ginger dressing. The friendly staff engages you and makes sure that everything is to your satisfaction. Walking in you first notice the serene atmosphere. Don’t let that stop you from eating alone.

Q: In supermarkets sometimes i have bought mango chunks in Bags, ..but i don't understand how they make it out of the hairy material that mango is or even... though some parts in a real mango are soft and chewable but it's not much..it's not like an apple where you have alot of chewable stuff, in real mangos you have the hairy thing mixed with the actual pulp, and i say perhaps you get a couple of spoon fulls out of it, but it's not much. ... how do they make big pieces of mango chunks. do they join them with a machine?
A: Mangos are only messy and kind of like hair if they are over ripe. they should feel firm yet slightly soft to the touch. Then they cut beautifully.
You can make chunks from a mango by cutting down the sides of the mango around the pit. Then when you have a half cut make criss cross cuts into the flesh and bend the skin back and the chunks will come off. Mangos are very healthy and versatile. We love to make salsa with them.
