Does Diesel clothing come up small. I'm looking to buy a coat online in a small I fall between size 10 and 12?

Q: but usually buy size 12 in coats (topshop,new look etc) I also need long sleeve lengths. Could I get away with a SMALL from Diesel.
A: Im the exact same size as you.... inbetween a size 10 and 12 but I have big boobs so tops are more than less a size 12 and I have to wear either a medium or a large in diesel. I find their sizing is very small....
