Q: there is this floral navy blue topshop skirt in the september 14, 2009 issue of life and style magazine. I couldnt find it on the website. How can i get it?

A: Look in the shop if you live in the UK. If you're in the US, wait because magazines sometimes print clothes quite a while before they come out. I've seen things in magazines I've wanted, couldn't find, forgot about and then saw in the shop about two months later.
