Where can I find suede ankle boots in Manila?!?

Q: Where can I find some ankle boots, preferrably suede. that don't carry an extravagant price tag? I'm not willing to pay more than 2,000php for a pair. I saw some awesome ones at Zara, but they're waaaay too much.
Any ideas? Department stores? I already checked Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, and Promod.
If there are any nice online stores (Multiply & whatnot) that are reliable, please name them too! :)

Ankle high boots with suit?

Q: I currently acquired a couple new suits from Zara, and they are slim fitting. The problem I am running into is with one of the slim fit pants they seem to have a more tapered end and bunch up above my lower profile dress shoe. I am thinking that if I got an ankle high dress boot/shoe to wear with this particular suit that it would solve the problem, am I right? Option number two for me is to have the pants tailored a bit to fit nicely around the shoe I have now since I prefer a more lower profile dress shoe.
I'm not asking weather you like them or not, my question is mainly wondering if it will fix my problem of my pant legs bunching up around the ankle. I am thinking with a boot they would hang better because they wouldn't be getting caught on the edge of the shoe.
A: i don't like ankle boots.
